However, for entrepreneurs operating small and medium-sized logistics businesses, especially 10 Million truckers in India, these challenges have become unbearable, to a point where many of them are deciding to exit their business at a loss. 

We decided to bring a change in truckers’ entrepreneurial journey, and create growth opportunities for them.

Logistics is the backbone of our country’s economy. However, the real people who support it, the drivers, do not get their due credit. The hardships they have endured and still endure on a daily basis has led them to discourage younger generations from taking up trucking as a profession. Lack of respect towards them from our society coupled with a lack of substantial growth in the profession made them feel like social outcasts.

On one hand, the number of drivers per 1000 trucks has decreased from 1300 to 700 since 1982. Projections are that it will reduce to 480 drivers per 1000 trucks by 2022! Such depletion in truck driver population is a serious threat to the logistics sector.

We’re committed to change this.

Driver shortage, poor infrastructure, the safety of drivers and trucks, improper implementation of technology solutions, fluctuating operational costs collectively make it nearly impossible for small and medium transportation companies to survive and grow.
